Our Beginnings -
E.S. Beveridge & Associates, Inc. has been helping employers and individuals with their life and health insurance needs since Edwin S. Beveridge founded it in 1950 and incorporated it in 1968. Mr. Beveridge worked as a life and health insurance agent until he retired in 1984 and turned over ownership of the company to his sons Kyle and Lyle.

Lyle R. Beveridge, Executive Vice President, joined the firm in 1984 and heads our Health & Welfare Division.
How we became a Third Party Administrator for Health & Welfare Plans -
Lyle got his start in the business by selling health insurance to employers. The longer he sold health insurance, the clearer it became to him that a standard, fully-insured product is not the answer to every employer's health insurance needs. In the late 80's, he began gearing up the firm to provide third party administration services to employers who wanted to self-fund all or a portion of their employee health benefits. Throughout the 90's and today, we have steadily added more clients and more benefits that we will administer on a third party basis.
