Legacy Program
For representatives nearing retirement, our Legacy Program offers representatives the opportunity to transition their book of business to another representative at E.S. Beveridge. By introducing another representative to their clients 5 or more years prior to retirement, retiring reps ensure that they have a high level of client retention. Higher client retention after retirement means that the level of income provided by the Legacy Program continues long after the client transition occurs.

There are two basic types of Legacy transitions:
- Long-Term Transition:
The retiring representative works with the new or existing E.S. Beveridge representative to meet with clients and assist in financial advising. This process is done slowly over a number of years in order to comfortably transition the clientele. After a complete transition has occurred, the new representative pays an agreed upon income to the retired representative for a length of time determined by the two parties involved. - Short-Term Transition:
E.S. Beveridge purchases a book of business from a retiring representative at the point of retirement. E.S. Beveridge will pay an income to the retired representative over the course of an agreed-upon length of time, based on client retention and the overall amount of assets under management.
