Lyle R. Beveridge, Executive Vice President, joined the firm in 1984 and heads our Health & Welfare Division.

How we became a Third Party Administrator for Health & Welfare Plans – Lyle got his start in the business by selling health insurance to employers. The longer he sold health insurance, the clearer it became to him that a standard, fully-insured product is not the answer to every employer’s health insurance needs. In the late ’80s, he began gearing up the firm to provide third party administration services to employers who wanted to self-fund all or a portion of their employee health benefits. Throughout the ’90s and today, we have steadily added more clients and more benefits that we will administer on a third party basis.
